Japan Tamils Peaceful Protest Supporting Jallikattu Tamilians from every part of the world are extending their support for Jallikattu. Tamils from various countries including Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Spain, USA, Russia, China, Poland, France, Philippians, UAE, Ukraine and Bangkok stood for Tamil cultural sport. They understood it is not only our traditional sport it is our identity and future of Tamils. It is not just a protest it is a revolution that is carried out by students and youngsters. Youngsters Enjoying Jallikattu Protest With Traditional Dance In Coimbatore Youths and Students along with other people were dancing traditional Thappattam during Jallikattu protest at Coimbatore VOC Park last night. During the protest the youngsters making themselves encouraging with various activities to avoid tiredness and frustration. The protest is carried out peacefully throughout the state. Thousands of college student and youngsters with women and children are participating in protest across the state. In Coimbatore lakhs of people took part in the protest. Some trade people including theatres in the state said they won’t be selling Pepsi and Coca Cola drinks until the ban lifts on jallikattu. Some theatres owners took a bow not to sell those drinks permanently in their theatres. Ramanathapuram D Theatre owner said he will not sell these foreign drinks any more that are dangerous to the health. He also added we will give preference to the local made drinks like Bovonto, Torino and others. We also welcome the sellers who can make native drinks like tender coconut water, butter milk, fresh juices within the interval time of 10 -15 minutes. We planned to avoid foreign eatables like popcorn and sell our native food step by step.
