The 5th Global conference on Cyber Space was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today at New Delhi. As a two day conference on Nov 23rd and 24th it is held at Aerocity, New Delhi. Modi addressed the event after inaugurating.
As India is moving towards the digital and Adhaar number is mandatory that has to be linked with every other accounts including mobile and bank. There is a huge threat to make e-secure. Cyber security is the most needed one in today's India.
Netherland Dutch embassy in India says "India and the Netherland have a common goal - A safe and secure cyberspace where clear rules apply to all. Netherland and India join force to support an equal, open and secure cyberspace for all."
"India is keen to find scalable models and innovative solutions in education ans helath using digital technology. We also wish to make cyber space enabler for differently abled people," says Skill Development and Capacity Building arm of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.
Narendra Modi at the event addressed "Digital technologies are helping business and economies in the nation. Power of technology in improving governance is the need of the hour."
