Opposition party DMK and its cadres have walked out from the first day of 2018 state assembly meeting.
Tha most expected first session of Tamil Nadu legislation assembly had been ruined totally. The session had been started with TN Governor Banwarilal Purohoit's speech. While in the middle of his speech DMK and its cadres have walked out from the assembly. Following the DMK, other parties like Congress, Muslim League have also left the session.
TN Governor Purohit greeted ADMK's government as follows, "TN government has undertaking the people welfare measures in a great way even though they are facing great loss financially". He also honored the government that had harmoniously amended the GST in the state. The government was running towards the wish of former Chief Minister Miss J.Jayalalitha's Tamil Nadu 2023. He continued the government was doing great work in the wellness of fisher men and farmers.
After the walk out, M.K. Stalin spoke to the press. He said we are unable to tolerate governors' speech which portraits TN government's failure rule in the state as a good rule. He continued, the election commission had confirmed that ADMK was supported by only 111 MLAs and they became minor party of the rule. But Governors' speech stands on greeting ADMK's policies which was against democracy. He also asked the Governor to amend the majority for the rule.
M.K.Stalin also criticized Governors' speech that was created by the central government and made him to address it as his own speech.
After the walk out, governor had continued his addressing. But RK Nagar MLA TTV Dinakaran made a calm seating in his seat who have made in to the assembly for the first time is to be noted.
