Jayalaitha's death inquiry commission rolled up for action.
An inquiry commission headed by justice Arumugasamy had received all documents related to the treatment of former Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha. The inquiry commission was created by the TN government for investigating the death of J.Jayalalitha in 2017.
The former Chief Minister had been admitted in the Apollo hospital and being under treatment for 75 days before her demise on December 5. Lot of confessions and foul play actions are raised following her death hence the TN government had issued an official order to create an inquiry commission under the head of retired justice Arumugasamy for investigation.
After many phases of investigations, on last December the commission had ordered Dr. Pratha C Reddy, chairperson of Apollo hospital to submit the treatment reports of Jayalalitha within the period of 10 days. Following the order, the hospital management had submitted the reports in two suit cases on January 6.
Also, the commission ordered the AIIMS doctors who accompanied her treatment in the Apollo hospital to submit their treatment reports. They are G.C.Khilnani- Pulmonary Medicine, Anjan Trikha-Anesthesiology, and Nitish Naik-Cardiologist.
Today the AIIMS doctors had submitted the treatment reports to the commission. The commission is now planning to arrange separate doctors to verify the documents given by both doctors.
Recently, Sasikala’s brother Divakaran had turned the case that the demise of the former Chief Minister is on a day before the official date given by the Apollo hospital in a public meeting near Mannarkudi is to be noted.
