Director Ajay Gnanamuttu has denied rumors that he will be directing Vijay’s 65th film. Vijay is currently working on a master film. The music launch took place last Sunday. It is questionable whether the film will be released on April 9 as planned. The theatres are currently closed only until March 31st. The team clarified the release on the same date if the pandemic problem sorts out.
After the much expected Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Master completion starring Thalapathy Vijay, the fans will be eagerly immersed in anticipation of Who gonna direct Thalapathy 65 and the million-dollar question gets a clarification today in one form.
News has been coming for the past month that several names, including Sudha Kongara and Murugadoss, are being considered to direct Thalapathy 65.
Meanwhile, rumors have circulated that the film’s director Ajay Gnanamuttu will be directing Thalapathy’s 65th film. It is also mentioned on the Wikipedia page of the director. Shocked, Ajay Gnanamuttu has commented on Twitter. He also said that he was not directing Vijay’s film and denied saying that He doesn’t know who involved in this act.
Currently, Director Ajay Gnanamuthu is working in the much-awaited project Cobra under the production of Lalit Kumar, starring Chiyaan Vikram. The team has released the first look poster on Anniyan’s birthday, and it rolled over the social media with a hot talk of seven characters in a single flick.
Moreover, many film directors and producers have decided not to travel abroad to shoot until the end of the emergency CoVid period. But Cobra’s team Ajay Gnanamuthu took it as a challenge and traveled to Russia all the way after wrapping up their schedule in Kolkata.
Now, all turned up to a crisis. Cobra Director Ajay Gnanamuthu took it to his Twitter page last week, stating the cancellation of Cobra shoot in Russia due to the travel ban of the Indian Government as “Corona attack for Cobra. Packing up the shoot in Russia halfway due to the travel ban rules by the Indian Government!! Pongaya Neengalum Unga Corona vum!!”
All in shut down mode and let us focus social distancing more than work in this pandemic situation.
