Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales are final, unless the Show is canceled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will automatically be notified if this occurs, if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address or phone number when you made your booking.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, Stage3 [Stage3.in] will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers of the cancellation although Stage3 [Stage3.in] does not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event. Stage3 [Stage3.in] is only able to inform customers for whom it holds valid contact details. Any customer who buys tickets without giving correct and up to date contact details does so at their own risk.

Returned tickets must be received at least 24 hours prior to the event in order for a refund to be issued. Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued automatically.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit  mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank  from time to time.
